These are the terms on which this website is made available. They are short by the standards of the genre because the site does very little: it publishes pages and links to three betting operators, from whom it earns a commission. It holds no money, runs no games and has no accounts. Most of what follows is about the limits of what a guide can promise.

The one term here that is not ours to soften.
This site is intended for people aged eighteen or over. In Zambia it is an offence under the Betting Control Act for a bookmaker or their staff to bet with anyone under eighteen, and under-eighteens are prohibited from licensed betting premises entirely, for any purpose. That is statute rather than an operator’s policy or ours.
By using this site you confirm that you are of legal age to do so where you are, and that gambling is lawful for you there. Laws differ by country and it is your responsibility to know your own; nothing here should be read as advice that betting is lawful in any particular place.
There is no version of this that ends with you being paid. Identity verification happens at the withdrawal, documents are compared against the payment method and the account, and an underage account does not get paid regardless of what it won. Nothing on this site is for you.
The distinction matters more on this site than on most, because several pages describe statutes and taxes.
Everything published here is general information. It is not legal advice, tax advice, financial advice or medical advice, and reading it does not create any professional or advisory relationship between you and us. We are not lawyers, accountants or clinicians, and we do not know your circumstances.

We take this seriously and we are still going to be wrong sometimes.
This site is built from primary sources where they exist, and every page carries the date it was last checked. That date means somebody went back to the sources rather than glancing at the page. Our method page sets out the evidence levels we use and records corrections we have already made.
None of that amounts to a warranty. Laws change, operators change their terms silently, wallet limits move without announcement, and some of what we rely on is second-hand because the primary source is behind a geographic restriction we cannot pass. Where a page depends on something we could not verify, it says so, and those statements are the ones to treat with most care.
Where our responsibility ends, precisely.
This site links to two kinds of external destination: government and legal sources, and betting operators. We control neither. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination, and it is not a statement that the destination is safe, lawful for you, or currently saying what it said when we linked it.
When you follow a link to an operator, you leave this site. From that point their terms and their privacy policy govern your relationship with them, and ours are irrelevant to it. We have no visibility of your account, no ability to see your balance or your bets, and no ability to influence any decision they make about you.
A dispute with an operator is between you and that operator, and where applicable the authority that licensed them. We can point at the routes — our complaints page does exactly that — and we cannot walk them for you. Writing to us instead of to the operator costs you time while the evidence goes stale.
Set out in the terms as well as in the pages, so it is not merely an editorial promise.
We earn a commission when a reader opens an account with one of the three operators linked from this site. There is no subscription, no display advertising, and no paid placement from any other party. The mechanism — the redirect layer and what travels with you — is described on our privacy page.
That relationship is disclosed in the first paragraph of every operator page rather than in a footer. It does not entitle any operator to influence what we publish, and the conditions under which we would remove a commercial link are published in advance on our method page. What it does mean is that we are not a neutral party, and no disclosure changes that.
Short, because the site is read-only and there is little to misuse.
Ordinary terms, with one clarification that matters here.
The text and layout of this site are ours. Quotation with attribution is fine; wholesale reproduction is not. Where we reproduce short passages from statutes or regulations, those are public legal texts and we link to the official publications rather than claiming them.
Two specific cases, because they come up. Translation: rendering these pages into Bemba, Nyanja or any other language and republishing them is reproduction rather than quotation, and it needs asking first — if the motive is genuinely to make the material reachable for people who need it, ask and the answer will usually be yes. Automated reuse: ingesting these pages to generate a competing guide is the specific practice that filled this market with pages quoting a tax rate that stopped being correct in 2023, and it is not something we are willing to license.
Operator names, logos and marks belong to their owners and appear here for identification. Their presence does not indicate any relationship beyond the commercial one disclosed above, and it does not indicate that any operator has reviewed, approved or agreed with what we write about them.
Stated plainly rather than in three hundred words of capitals.
This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete, and we do not accept liability for losses arising from reliance on it — including betting losses, tax outcomes or decisions made about an operator.
That is not an attempt to disclaim carelessness; the accuracy commitments above are real and we act on them. It is a recognition of what a guide can and cannot control. We cannot control whether an operator honours its terms, whether a law changes after we check it, or whether a reader wins or loses. Nothing on this site is a prediction, and gambling losses are the expected outcome of gambling.
Do not stake money on the basis of anything written here, including anything that sounds like an edge. Several pages exist specifically to explain why the edges claimed elsewhere do not exist, and none of them replaces those claims with an edge of ours.
How these terms change and which law governs them.
We may update these terms. Where a change alters what they mean, we rewrite the page rather than appending a notice, and the checked date at the top moves. Continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies to you.
These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which this site is published, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over them. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country where that law applies to you regardless of choice.
Nothing here affects any relationship you have with a betting operator, which is governed entirely by that operator’s own terms and by whichever authority licensed it. On this market that authority is frequently not Zambian, and the consequences of that are set out on our licensing page.
